Bid Terms
(For Equipment Advertised "For Bid" In ATMs For Sale)
     
 


Section Description: This site advertises ATM equipment owned and advertised For Bid by various Financial Institutions. Such equipment is advertised only for purposes of solicitation of offers to purchase.
General: Bid offers to purchase are considered binding offers in most states. By submission of a Bid Offer To Purchase, you agree to be bound by your offer and the Bid Terms as described herein.
Equipment Placed For Bid: Any "For Bid" equipment will so identified and its description shall include configuration, condition, age, and serial number, as available, together with closing date and time for acceptable bid submission.
Bid Award Notification: All participating bidders will be informed by electronic mail (E-mail) of the amount of the winning bid. To maintain confidentiality, seller and successful buyer identities will not be released.
Withdrawal Of Equipment Placed For Bid: No equipment placed for bid may be withdrawn within 120 hours of its closing date and time. In the event of early withdrawal of equipment placed for bid, sufficient notification will be placed on this site page.
Acceptable Method Of Bid Submission: Acceptable bid submission is by electronic mail ( E-mail ). For bidder convenience, a Bid Submission Form is available from the "ATMs For Sale" section in this site. To be valid, all bids must include the following:
Required Bid Information: (1) Name of person submitting bid
(2) Name of organization represented
(3) Complete address (including street address, suite number, city, state, zip code)
(4) Telephone numbers for bid confirmation (voice and facsimile numbers)
(5) E-mail address
(6) Equipment identification number (s) of the item (s) for which a bid is submitted
(7) Complete description of item (s) bid.
(8) Bid amount per item, extended to total bid by line item or model (quantity X amount for each line item bid)
(9) Each bid MUST include a reference to acceptance of the conditions as set forth in these Equipment Bid Conditions.
Valid Offers: Equipment bids will be considered valid if all necessary information is submitted and received by the bid closing time and date. E-mail bid qualification will be determined by date and time stamp as identified in Message ID section in the E-mail header. Facsimile bid qualification will be determined by the date and time stamp as provided in the fax header. All bids received by electronic mail (E-mail) will be confirmed by telephone following receipt. Offers made by telephone must be confirmed by E-mail or facsimile by the close of business the day such bid is made. Any bid not containing required fields (items 1 through 9 above) cannot be considered valid.
Equipment Title: Title to each item of equipment advertised on this site shall remain in the seller until payment is made in full by buyer, at which point title passes to buyer.
Warranties: Every effort will be made to assure that equipment descriptions are accurately represented and reflect actual equipment conditions as set forth. No representation or warranty, express or implied, to any equipment contained in this section, or to any party placing equipment herein is made otherwise. Responsibility for accuracy of equipment description is with the seller.
Shipping, Installation and Insurance: All shipping, installation, and insurance costs shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment Form: All buyers will tender payment via bank wire transfer. No other form of payment can be accepted.
