For Bid / For Sale Distinction: |
For Sale equipment is offered solely for the purpose of solicitation of offers to purchase. Final acceptance / rejection of any and all offers to purchase is the Seller's. For Sale equipment is offered subject to its prior sale For Bid equipment is offered to solicit bids until the bid closing date (as established by the seller). Following bid closing, all equipment will be awarded to the highest bidder. |

For Bid Equipment: |
Equipment advertised For Bid is so identified in column 8 (Sale Or Bid). Equipment bids are accepted until the bid closing date / time as specified. All equipment bids should be submitted using the Submit Bid form. Facsimile bid submission is acceptable provided all required information is included in the facsimile. Any bid not received by closing date and time is considered invalid. The Submit Offer Form should NOT be used to submit bids for ATMs For Bid. |

Equipment advertised For Sale is so identified in column 8 (Sale Or Bid). All offers to purchase equipment For Sale should be submitted with the Submit Offer Form. Facsimile offers to purchase advertised equipment is acceptable provided all required information is included in the facsimile. The Submit Bid Form should NOT be used to submit Offers To Purchase Equipment. |

Item #: |
All equipment for which a bid or offer to purchase is submitted is to be identified by its corresponding item # as identified in column 1 (Item #). The item # is an internal tracking number for that equipment and its identification is critical due to the likelyhood that there could be additional units of the same model. |

Quantities: |
Should any offer to purchase or bid submission omit equipment quantities, a unit quantity of one will be assumed. |

Identity Theft Prevention: |
All equipment offers to purchase and bids received by electronic mail (E-mail) are confirmed following receipt. Offers made by telephone must be confirmed by E-mail or facsimile by the close of business the day such offer is made. |

Equipment Title: |
Title to each item of equipment advertised in this site shall remain in the seller until payment is made in full by buyer, at which point title passes to buyer. No other reference to ownership or title for any equipment advertised herein is made. |

Warranties: |
Every effort will be made to assure that each equipment description is accurately represented and reflects actual equipment condition as set forth. No representation or warranty, express or implied, to any equipment contained in this section, or to any party placing equipment herein is made by the ATM Warehouse. Responsibility for accuracy of equipment description is with the seller. |

Shipping, Installation and Insurance: |
All shipping, installation, and insurance costs shall be the responsibility of the buyer. |

All equipment buyers will tender payment via bank wire transfer. No other form of payment can be accepted. |
