Acceptable bid submission is by electronic mail ( E-mail ) using this form, or by facsimile transmission. To be valid, all equipment bids must include the following: |
Required Bid Information: |
(1) Name of person submitting bid (2) Name of organization represented (3) Complete address (including street address, suite number, city, state, zip or postal code, and country) (4) Telephone numbers for bid confirmation (including extension and facsimile numbers) (5) E-mail address (6) Equipment item number(s) of the item(s) for which a bid is submitted (found in ATMs For Sale equipment description) (7) Complete description of item(s) bid. (8) Quantity for which bid is submitted (if equipment quantity is omitted, a quantity of one unit will be used). (9) Bid amount per item, extended to total bid by line item or model (quantity X amount for each line item bid) (10) Each bid MUST include a reference to acceptance of the terms as set forth in Equipment Bid Terms. (11) Initials representing organizational authority to submit equipment bids (12) Submit Bid sends your bid to The ATM Warehouse |
Valid Bids: |
Equipment bids will be considered valid if all necessary information is submitted and received by the bid closing time and date. E-mail bid qualification is determined by date and time stamp as identified in Message ID section in the E-mail header. Facsimile bid qualification is determined by the date and time stamp as provided in the fax header. All bids received by electronic mail (E-mail) will be confirmed following receipt. Bids made by telephone must be confirmed by E-mail or facsimile by the close of business the day such bid is made. Any bid not containing required fields (items 1 through 12 above) will not be considered valid. |
Bid Award Notification: |
All participating bidders will be informed by electronic mail (E-mail) of the amount of the winning bid. Seller and successful bidder identities will be maintained professionally confidential and not released. |
