How Do I Make An Offer To Purchase Equipment?
(Only For Equipment Advertised For Sale)


General: An offer to purchase equipment should be submitted with the Submit Offer Form provided. Facsimile offers are acceptable if all pertinent information is supplied. All offers to purchase equipment must include the following:
All Required: (1) Name of person submitting offer to purchase equipment advertised in this site.
(2) Name of organization represented
(3) Complete Address including: Street Address, City, State, Zip or Postal Code, Country, Telephone, Facsimile and E-mail address:
(4) Equipment Item Number - Located on ATMs For Sale site page - the Item Number of the equipment for which your offer is submitted
(5) Equipment Model Number:
(6) Offer Quantity for which your offer is being submitted
(7) Offer Amount (US Dollars) per unit
(8) Offer Total: Offer Quantity X Offer Amount Each
(9) Special Notes: Any qualification to your offer to purchase
(10) Agreement to terms of sale as set forth in Offer To Purchase Equipment Form site page
(11) Certification Initials: Your initials certifying authority from the organization you represent to submit offers to purchase equipment
Identity Theft Prevention All offers to purchase equipment received by electronic mail (E-mail) will be confirmed following receipt.   Offers made by telephone must be confirmed by E-mail or facsimile by the close of business the day such offer is made.
