Institutions and Equipment Lessors may submit requests
to advertise for sale or bid equipment by the Advertise
ATM Form. Facsimile submission is acceptable provided
necessary information is included. To properly advertise
equipment, the following information is required: |

(2) Organization Represented
(3) Complete street address, city, state, zip or postal
code, and country
(4) Telephone number, including extension
(5) Facsimile number
(6) E-mail address
(7) Manufacturer of equipment
(8) Equipment model number
(9) Complete equipment description to include all features,
serial numbers, condition, dates of acquisition, as available,
and any special terms or notes that would further assist
potential equipment buyers, or bidders
(10) Quantity
(11) Selling price (if bid, minimum sales price)
(12) If bid, closing date of bid
(13) Agreement to all conditions as set forth in ATMs
